I'd rather my son to not be able to delete all the history he doesn't want me seeing and i've already added an add-on disabling the clear history button and the private browsing but is there anyway i can disable him from deleting history individually.

No, you can't prevent that. You need to use means at the Operating System level if you want a record of the network (internet) activity.
