For a few months I was forced to switch to Google Chrome because not all the features on websites were working on my firefox. I have to do a school assignment and can only use firefox or internet explorer (which is having the same problem im about to explain).

Basically say I got to www.mlb.com, if you notice the "Teams" drop down menu that displays when you hover the mouse over it, well my fire fox wont even react to it, like i cant even click on it. It's a major problem because there are times where i can click on certain buttons on websites that can clearly be clicked on though other browsers. the problem is for my homework assignment, it's on an online lab and before i can do work, it gives me first time users message and i have the click the "x" out button to continue. but my mouse wont react to the x out button.

What going on with my Firefox and why cant i click on certain things?
