McAfee add-ons are not compatible with Firefox 10.0. McAfee is part of my Verizon FIOS package. Do I need to leave Firefox? My computer is also crashing alot and says Mozilla is not responding.

I have Verizon Fios for my internet provider and McAfee automatically comes with the security package. McAfee add-ons are not compatible with Firefox 10.0. Additionally my computer freezes and crashes with a message that 'Firefox is not responding' frequently. Must I leave Mozilla for another?

Addon's are the responsibility of their respective manufacturer. If you are having issues with a third party addon you might want to contact the manufacturer (Verizon/McAfee). Also make sure that your addon is up to date. If all else fails then you can try a diffrent antivirus product such as AVG(Free), ESET NOD32, or Microsoft Essentials(Free).
