An automatic installation of Windows Update Agent 7.6.256 appears to stop video and audio-streaming sites from working. Video clips on BBC for example do not play (get a "white" screen where the video clip should play); Similar in iPlayer, YouTube ("An error occurred. Please Try Later") etc.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, Real Player Plus, Adobe Flash etc. Had Dell, Microsoft (well, for a nanosecond) etc stating it ain't a problem with them.

All these video clips etc DO work with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer etc but I like Firefox!

So... Any clues? Please?

Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox has some common solutions for this problem. Most likely, it is the Realplayer downloader. Try disabling or uninstalling that until Flash releases an update.
