As said I had to reboot my computer and in order to save my data i created an sync account and synced my data. After which I rebooted the computer I didn't get the password for pairing the device. I have the password and login for the account so that's not the issue. Just that none of my saved data is loading on my freshly rebooted computer.

Do you really mean reboot the computer or did you format the computer and reinstalled the Operating System?

Did you also made a backup of the sync (recovery) key?

That key is used to encrypt the data before uploading it to the sync server and without it your data can't be accessed and is lost.
You can only pair a device if both computers (Firefox instances with their profile) are running at the same time.
