Where are the toolbars on Mozilla for Windows 8? There are no navigation, print, save as options. Have read several articles online, but when I right click on a blank space on a tab bar - no toolbar options show.

ok, so it looks like you're in fullscreen mode unwittingly - press F11 in order to leave it & go back to the normal interface.

If you right-click the blank area to the right of the last tab and new tab button, do you get the toolbar selection list?

If you tap the Alt key, does the menu bar appear? You can use the View menu to select toolbars.

By the way, if you are in a pop-up window where you are prevented from showing toolbars, the keyboard shortcut for print is Ctrl+p and the keyboard shortcut to save a page is Ctrl+s. To open a new (normal) window, try Ctrl+n.

When I right click the empty space I get a drop down with 2 selections: 1: "hide toolbars" 2: exit full screen mode. nothing happens when I tap the Alt key.
