How do I save a page I've edited in PrintEdit?

After I make changes to a web page and print the page(s) on a Lexmark X7350 All in One, when I click on "Close", I get the pop up "Close without saving edited web page?" Since I do want to save the edited page, I click on "No", but nothing happens.

So I go back to the "Edit" page and try the "Save As" option, but the default option is to save the page as a "Web Page, complete", which I'm not sure would save the document as a Word file or with the doc extension.

The other options for "Save As" are "Web Page, HTML only", "Text Files" and "All Files". Which one is the right one to save my changes so I can open them in Word? I'm afraid if I choose the wrong one, I'll lose all the changes I've made, which I really do want to keep.

I'm running Windows XP, SP3. I'm also having an issue with my printer in Firefox, but I think that's a separate problem. Thanks in advance for the help.

You always need to use "Web Page, complete" to make Firefox save additional CSS and JavaScript files in a *_files folder.
I don't know if Word can open such a saved web page including all the CSS files.

The Print Edit extension adds that feature to Firefox; that isn't a standard feature of Firefox itself. Instructions for 'saving' are on this page.

The entire About this Add-on section is also displayed in the More section under that extension on the Extension page in the Add-ons manager under Saving Edited Pages.

Since Mozilla doesn't make a product which uses the "doc" format, that isn't an option for saving the edited webpage.
