i cannot get any audio when playing a youtube video; the volume control is "x'd" and won't change.
the youtube volume control works fine in chrome, but not firefox or internet explorer. i tried clearing the cache/cookies but it didn't do anything. i have the latest version of flash and firefox and i'm using windows 7.

nothing on that page helped. everything was fine a couple of days ago, and suddenly....no volume.
Try to clear the Flash local storage and settings for YouTube.
- Windows Control Panel > Flash Player > Storage: Local Storage Settings
- Remove a specific domain: Local Storage Settings by site
Flash Website Storage Settings panel:
Global Storage Settings Panel:
i didn't see anything specific to youtube on those pages.
