Hello,

The most common way to print from an android tablet is to use Google Cloud Print. See here:

http://www.howtogeek.com/165778/everything-you-need-to-know-about-printing-from-your-android-phone-or-tablet/

Once this is set up you can print from Firefox. From inside Firefox for Android you can use Settings > Share > Cloud Print.

Alternatively you can save as a PDF first and then print from the PDF. Settings > Tools > Save as PDF.

I hope this helps. Let me know if not.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't that procedure send a copy of the page on display to the printer?

What about a webpage that has a "Print" button which sends something else to the printer - perhaps a form that was built in the background from the page on display?

As far as I know, you cannot "install" a printer in Firefox or in the OS so I can't see a way to do this unless you can configure Firefox to print to a "share" destination.

Is there a way to actually print from Firefox to CloudPrint or have I already answered my question in the negative?
