I have imported about 3000 emails and I am hoping that Thunderbird can review the emails and build a contact list from the senders/receivers. Is this possible? I found an article on rebuilding the global database in Thunderbird, but I cannot find my Thunderbird profile or the local-messages-db.sqlite file. (I have a Mac...which I hate...so I always have trouble finding files.

Can anyone help with this?

You may search AMO for an extension extracting email addresses from messages.
