I would LOVE the OPTION, to have Firefox REFRESH/RELOAD every page I go to.
I would LOVE to have this OPTION: ... (just ask anyone who uses eBay... ... THEY know...)
I go to a page, it refreshes/reloads the page that I'm going to. I go to another page, it refreshes/reloads the page that I'm going to. I click on the "back" button, it refreshes/reloads the page that I was just at.
Simply put... Firefox "ALWAYS" REFRESHES/RELOADS the page that I'm going to.
Thank-You.

That looks promising! ... but which of the parameters do I edit, to obtain the disired effect I want?
You can try editing the one discussed in cor-el's first link.
You can modify the browser.cache.check_doc_frequency pref and change the value to 1 (always)
