Login failed...Will not upload my emails....Asking for a password & it is not accepting any that I use. Please help!!
When I open up Thunderbird a box comes up which says,
Login Failed. Login to server mail.globaltranscriptionservices.com failed Retry Enter New Password Cancel
I have tried every password I can think of. I have gone to Tools, Options, Security and seen the passwords that are listed there & none of them work.
Can someone please help me?!

As Thunderbird has already tried the password it has for the account, obviously none of those will work when you enter them. Often disabling anti virus scanning of email allows the download to occur without interruption.
