My sync account email isn't recognized, even though I have it running currently on another computer.
I am trying to set up sync on my laptop that I had to have the operating system and all software re-installed on. On my other computer, an iMac, I have sync running, and it displays my account name (which is my email address.) However, when I go to try and set up sync on my laptop, when I try to sign in with that email address it says it isn't recognized. I am stumped.

It appears that many users are currently having issues with Firefox Sync. Please check the article: Firefox Sync troubleshooting and tips and see if the suggestions there help. Also, try changing your password, you may be entering it incorrectly.
