at website dickgregory.com/sage some devices can display video clips others can not, how to diagnose?

more options

Firefox versions: laptop nightly 32.0a1, desktop 29.0, and android table 29.0.1. at the above website, panels 1 and 2 are visible on nightly and desktop however none of the panels are visible on the android. Call a friend using firefox 28 in CA to look at the site, none of the panels are visible to him.

I really don't know how to diagnose this.

Open the Web Console.

In my case, when testing with Firefox 28, I got served MP4 files. Hopefully, you're not doing that for all Firefox browsers, because MP4 is notably not supported on Mac OS X yet.

As you can see from the attached screenshot, the video files couldn't be played. When I examine them with MediaInfo, one thing that stands out is that the video codec is "MPEG-4 Visual" rather than "AVC" (which is what H.264 is).
