I did NOT ask how to GET a screenshot! I asked how do I send YOU...SUPPORT my screenshots for a question to be answered. Below is the reply I got:

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem. Thank you! Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. You've taken a screenshot, I've assumed. There's a Browse button UNDER this reply box. Click it, select your image. Post Reply. Done.
