i have an old account but i foggot the email password
I changed computer so I just down load Mozilla Sunder bird mail, but always says "fail to get mail to xoxoxo(my mail address). So I try to log in, I can not login also even I request my user name to my e-mail address, can not get mail (I checked junk mail already) but can not log in.

Your email password is established with your email provider. Work with them to reset your password. Visit their web mail or email help page and look for a link to reset your passcode.
