I get "an error has occurred, please try again later" when trying to view youtube videos on Firefox, but no problems on Chrome
I get the error: "an error has occurred, please try again later" when trying to view youtube videos on Firefox. I've tried using Google Chrome and everything is fine on it.
Things I've already tried:
- Clearing Cookies, history etc.
- Deleting cookies.sqlite
- Re-installed a brand new Firefox
- Re-installed Flash Player 14
- Got rid of Flash Player 14 and reverted back to Flash Player 11
None of it worked.
I get the error for ALL youtube videos every single time, it's not a random occurrence.
I'm really frustrated by this because Firefox is my favorite browser and now I'm being forced to switch to Chrome.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
I've already done all that including re-installing a fresh copy of Firefox.
Seriously? 11 people reported as having this problem in less than 24 hours and no solutions?
After a lot of head-shaking got a solution. its because ISP is unable to resolve dns . > change DNS 1 to 4.4.4.4 and DNS 2 to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 . it will work for sure 100%.

I changed my DNS to GoogleDNS and it works now. But I don't understand, how could it work on Google Chrome and other browsers before I change the DNS then?

Maybe not as many people reply as you think should because this site doesn't freaking work either!
Took me ten minutes to log in! Kept getting stupid error messages telling me this site is undergoing maintenance. Whatever.
Same exact problem here, but Chrome DOES NOT work. Changing DNS servers DOES NOT work either. It doesn't work for a lot of people.

EDIT**
WTF this site is more broken than youtube! Constant errors and constantly unresponsive with "greyed out" buttons!
Is there any competent people left on the planet to fix this crap!?
