I have created a group e-mail list with approximately 100 names for sending my organization's press releases. How do I print up this list of names with email addresses?

A Mailing List?
First of all, install this add-on: https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html

I'd select the List in the Address Book, select all of its member Contacts, right-click and select Export then CSV.
The exported file can be opened in a spreadsheet, the relevant columns or cells selected and printed.
