When I start mozila my screen is all black and there are no buttons or bars on the top, the top side is translucid blue.
Hi! Today when I started mozilla my screen was all black and the top side where the tabs and buttons should be is translucid blue. I removed all the mozilla files from my computer, reinstall it but same. When i click where the the menu button is on the right corner (but i go blind because i can't see it) the menu bar is opening, but when i click options for example the options window is also black. I tried everything but nothing worked. Help?

hello cristi.16, maybe that's an issue with hardware acceleration - first please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, start firefox into safemode by pressing the shift key while the application is launching & disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general (that setting will take a restart of the browser to take effect).

Thanks! I disabled the hardware acceleration and now is working! Thanks a lot!
thanks for reporting back, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might be very useful in order to find out what was going on and maybe to develop a fix for other affected users. thank you!
