how to help reset firefox when trovi blocks ability to get to 'reset firefox' button
I've tried and tried to reset Firefox to rid trovi toolbar. Impossible. I believe I've removed it from computer (McAfee and malwarebytes and system restore). Don't know how to do this from here.

PS: Just booted up ... I was wrong. Despite everything I have done (see above) , DriverMax (the download that trovi was imbedded in) is STILL on my computer. Even re-installed the short cut on my screen. Ps HELP!
hello, please try to run a scan with adwcleaner which is specialised in browser hijackers and adware removal.
in addition install the https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/ addon which should remove trovi from the new-tab-page in firefox.
