What is this other Mozilla forum?

I found another Mozilla forum on the internet by the name of - forums.mozillazine.org - Can you please tell me about this other forum. What is the difference between the two forums.

hello, support.mozilla.org is hosted and run by mozilla, the organisation, while mozillazine is a community project (that predates mozilla's offical help forum) which also has a big and active community helping with firefox problems...

Established in 1998, MozillaZine is an independent Mozilla news, community and advocacy site.
MozillaZine is not run by the Mozilla Foundation and is not an official part of the Mozilla project.
MozillaZine is hosted at the Open Source Lab at Oregon State University.
The mozillaZine forums part started on Nov 4, 2002. The suport.mozilla.org/questions did not really get going until say 2008.
