This is a frequently asked question so I have copied and pasted the following from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1033325 :
There are no Pop-up Blocker Options in Firefox for Android. However, if you wish to disable Pop-ups, you can follow these instructions:To re-enable the Pop-up blocker, set dom.disable_open_during_load to true
- Type about:config in the address bar
- Search for dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to false
