That is part of the new Social API for user with "social" services. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-social-features-firefox-sidebar

And these are the "networks" you can use that feature with - it needs to be activated to be able to use it. https://activations.cdn.mozilla.net/en-US/

That's about all I know about it - I am an "anti-social network" sort of person.
