Up date on my computer and lost the download able ad-on. How to fix. Everytime I get an update. Hours to find and fix this is my 10 time and 20 hours to find

I had? an add-on to download video. Every time I have an update I loose that. How do I get it back. Cant seem to download it again. Cant find it. Help Where you have a video to watch and put you curser over the video and a little window pops up and I can download the video. It doesnt pop up now.

Tools > Addons - is that Video Download Addon there, but disabled?
