How to fix slowness of downloading and inputting letters?
Takes 20 to 30 times as long to input data or access web sites. Have un installed and reloaded. Took me about 5 minutes to type sentence above! Explorer works fine -- but I hate to go back to it.

hi again barbara, thanks for following up with this information. it seems that your system is lacking a graphics driver, which unfortunately causes this bug you're experiencing in firefox. please install this driver from ati/amd which should match your configuration and get you back to the speed you're used to: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%207%20-%2064

hello, you are probably lacking a right graphics driver for your system. could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on... thank you
