switch calendar fromat from 24 hr to 12 hr
When I switched from windows 8.1 to windows 10 Thunderbird switched the time format from 12 hr to 24 hr. How do I switch back to the 12 hr format?

If my understanding is correct Lightning uses your operating system default time format. So I assume you need to change windows 10s default to 12hour from 24 hour.
