I currently have FF version 43.0a2, but Evernote's Webclipper is not working or rather I can't even download the add-on. They suggested version 41. How do I switch to this version without loosing bookmarks, add-ons, themes, etc? Thanks.

Yes.

Firefox comes in two or more folders on all computers. They are;

Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And one folder in the profile of each user on the computer.

If you remove the Firefox folder, the user folders would not be effected.
