30 second delay in downloading new messages whether 1 of 12 new messages
for about 3 months now, the downloading of new messages is delayed by about 30 seconds...I have attempted solutions found on the internet without success. the status bar tells me quickly that there are 1, 5, 10 or whatever messages to download, but then there is the 30 second delay... have worked with tech support for the server I have my account.

Has this problem gone a way for you after updating to version 38.3.0??
Upgrading did not help me.
