by mistake I deleted all my saved folder/trash folder and need to know how I can get them back

I had a folder where I stored web sites on my email Mozilla. I need to get back the deleted trash folder

If the folders have not been compacted or in the case of junk and trash the empty option used then the mail can be recovered.
