When can I expect Mozilla to solve their dispute with Symantec over making the Norton Vault work again in Firefox v43 or higher?

Like thousands of others, both me and my company are still getting the runaround from Mozilla and from Norton. Each of your organizations points to the other and blames the problem on them, and nothing has changed for the users. This is extremely unprofessional - it's what my young children do when the ice cream goes missing from the freezer!

Please consider "firing" the people who oversee your volunteer programmers and replace them with some educated, professional, and customer-service-oriented adults. And I sincerely hope Symantec (Norton) does the same with their paid, professional staff. Having to wait for months for a solution is unacceptable and unforgivable. If Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer can solve this problem so fast, why can't Mozilla?

I am VERY ANGRY about this!

hi, there is no dispute between mozilla and norton.

the old vault addon used an interface in firefox that no longer exists in recent versions of the browser (addon developers were informed ~half a year in advance about that) and norton is apparently working on a replacement for their addon to get the vault up and running again.

the ifs, hows & when of implementing the feature in their extension is totally up to norton, so we can neither influence the development of third-party code and are not in a position to give any more particular information about norton's plans/timelines...
