I already uninstalled Firefox and then installed it again, but got the same two error messages from Firefox: 1) 'Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.' 2) Profile missing: Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.'

Please help me restore my Firefox that I need for my normal work. Thanks in advance

You are probably having problems getting Firefox to close properly, and the solution is to make sure that you kill any running Firefox process or plugin container before trying to start Firefox again. The easiest method is by using the Windows Task Manager finding the Firefox process, selecting it and on right click use the option to end the process.

Unfortunately, this did not help. I already closed all Firefox processes, uninstall it and then re-installed again. After new installation the same two error messages appeared. So, I still have no idea how to resume my Firefox that I absolutely need for my job.

Sorry if that did not work.

You must ensure the processes have been killed immediately before trying to restart Firefox. Did you do that, or did you only try that before the reinstall attempts.

If it is the profile not being available then if you find the file profles.ini and rename that. That will force Firefox to create a new profile. The file is in the Firefox folder above your profile folder We will probably then need to recover info from the old profile. Please only rename files do not delete any.
