At update to 45.0 all disabled extension disapeared but all "never activate" plugins stayed on. Where are all my not active extensions?

I think your definition of Title and Question might be upside down.

Plugings are in the registry and really should never be activated. As for your add-ons, I have not heard of anyone else with an issue. Perhaps you could explain why your bothered by disabled add-ons being removed.

you are right should have said "is in title" Mostly when I try to understand someones problem here in support I try their add-on or one that I think might solve it. I therefore had some useful ones, updated and ready to be activated. So I didn't want to removed them all thou I didn't need them. They still have their directories in the profile, so a complete removal wasn't made.
