Where is the option for ADDING a website to the list of sites permitted to push info to me? Menu/Options/Content/Notifications only allows me to delete them. Also, searching for "Notifications" tells me how, if I am a website, to get permission to push but says nothing about users.

Never mind. When I posted this Q and then closed all the windows and went back to the site I wanted to add, Firefox nicely gave me a decision box asking if I wanted to grant the website permission. I love it when software solves the "problem" for me. Thank you.

Push notifications are opt-in, and you can revoke permission from any website at any time, either from the page info panel (Page > Info > Permissions) or from the "Notifications" section in "Options/Preferences > Content".
