My "send" buttons have disappeared (ghosted?). What do I do.

i cannot find my send buttons on the "write" or "reply" pages.

I am guessing you don't have the toolbar where this button lives. So…

Press F10 or alt to make a menu appear, then go to View|Toolbars and tick the checkboxes.
