How do I get preview on the print setup page?
I get a preview button when I use Safari to print a web page, but Firefox lacks that feature on the print setup popup. How can I decide what pages to print if I can't see what they contain? How do I get the preview button on the print setup page?

Have you tried the print preview button add-on ? (read everything on that page)
