How stop printing 1.5 pages of tech document data not shown on print preview along with Emall
Recently when printing an Email, in addition to the email seen on print preview, printed first is unwanted 1.5 pages of apparently Thunderbird content, authentication, action documentation. How do I stop this from happening

Press F10 if you main menu bar is not visible. From the view menu select Headers and then Normal
