I have been using the browser for over a year to do my internet banking. For the last 3 weeks I have been unable to connect via my laptop, I enter the first line of my security and when I press NEXT, the page appears to be frozen.

an error message comes up telling me there is a script running on the page, do I want to wait or close it.

I choose to close it, but the page remains frozen.
