There used to be an option in Security, Saved Logins, for viewing saved passwords, but since a recent update, the option has disappeared. How can I view my passwords that Firefox has saved?

That Option should still be there.

Do you at least the the Logins section?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
