SCROLLING AND TYPING ISSUES NOT FIXED
I have tried everything and clicks,scrolling,and typing are constantly hanging. what to do?...I guess I'll have to learn how to use Chrome as a last resort!

Enter about:config and set accessibility.force_disable = 1.
Then restart the browser.
