Several issues
Issues that I encountered with my Mozilla Thunderbird email 1) I had a bar just above my emails in the "inbox" (upper right) ("reply, forward, archive, junk and delete"). I inadvertently clicked something and the top portion of the bar became obscure-just very bottom of tabs showing. Trying to fix it, I made the whole bar dissapear. How do I get it back? (When I click on a "sent" email the bar is there). 2) In the process of trying to fix #1 I made the "menu tab" in the upper right portion of the inbox (tab with 3 horizontal lines) go away. How do I get that back? 3)Also in inbox start page I had a tab in upper left that said "WRITE" that I clicked when I wanted to compose an email. This also disappeared in my attempts to fix first issues. How can I get that back? Thank you

This forum is Thunderbird support. There are no offices so there is no contact other than this forum.
Everything that you are calling tabs are Toolbars. Just like all software Toolbars are turned on and off in the View Menu. If you do not have a Menu Bar with File-Edit-View showing press the alt key. From the Menu Bar select View-Toolbars and turn them back on.
