How do I open multiple tabs when I start Firefox?
I am running Firefox on Windows 10 Professional.
I had some problems with some malware which is now fixed. However, it "killed" my old Firefox "start-up" configuration and I would like to get it back. This configuration opened 7 tabs upon initiation of Firefox - a local news site, 4 Google tabs, my e-mail (Google) and a business/market web site. That way all these sites were available to me when I worked in Firefox. I do not remember how this configuration was setup initially (been a long time), so I am hoping someone can help me get it setup again.
I can get this configuration back, but I have to open each tab separately, which is a real pain. It would be nice if Firefox could open all these tabs on startup. Is there a "startup" file of some sort that I need to know about?

You have two choices:
(1) 7 home page tabs -- to appear at startup AND in every never window (e.g., Ctrl+n). See: How to set the home page.
(2) 7 tabs added to your desktop shortcut -- to appear only when you use your shortcut. Example discussions:

Do you want to set these pages as multiple home pages or do you want a separate home page?
If you want to open multiple tabs that are not your home pages then you would have to appned them to the desktop shortcut you us to start Firefox or better use a .cmd file with the start command to start Firefox. That way you are not limited by the length of the target line.
Note that you can place a link to all these pages in a folder and select this folder as the startup bookmark when you set the home page. That will automatically set up multiple home pages separated by pipe symbols.

Thanks for the input, but I am not what you would call a "techie" person, so I am afraid that a lot of this "stuff" went over my head.
I don't really care if I have a home page, I just want a sequence of 7 tabs to open in the same order every time I start up Firefox. All I want to be able to do is click on the Firefox icon and have the 7 pages startup.
When I was running Internet Explorer, there was a place to enter all these startup tabs (their URLs). When I converted to Firefox, it seemed to somehow simply "grab" the 7 URLs that were in the IE "file" and use them in Firefox.

Yes, that's normal for a new installation. I don't know whether it's safe to have Firefox do that again, or whether it might replace data you've built up in Firefox. If you want to look into it, check out this article: Import data from another browser.

A simpler solution would just be to Pin the tabs you want to have open when you open Firefox. Just right-click the tabs and select 'Pin Tab.' This will be in addition to your homepage, which will be the active tab once you open the browser. Pinned tabs will not populate on new windows you open up with CTRL+N, only your homepage.
