How can I register without asking a question?
I had a problem with Firefox for Android and found a question here that someone asked 6 days ago. To add a reply, adding more info I had to login.
But since I didn't have an account I gave up on Firefox all together.
How can we make it easier for new visitors to register an account?
- Add a register button next to the login form
- Don't require a username, email and password is enough
- Don't require a password, a sign-in link to the email is enough
- Don't require registration, simply require an email and have the poster confirm their submission via email.
Why make it so hard?
Well now I have an account and I no longer care about those poor people who don't.

Thank you for your question. We do look to evolve our Support proposition when and where appropriate resources exist.
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
