How do I retreive my contacts/address book from a previous email account?
Thunderbird was installed for me and I don't know how to get my contacts/address book back from previous email accounts! Please help!

Where are these "previous email accounts"?
I previously had Windows Live Mail with Windows 7.

I've just entered them manually, as I have two other accounts. One is my webmail with Time/Warner and the other was with Windows 7 which was completely wiped out when Windows 10 was installed and Thunderbird was installed for me. Thanks to those who helped me get this much working again!
