How create addon for customize start page?
I want to develop an add-on to change the start page in Firefox 57+. The add-onwill analyze browser history and show links to the most frequently used sites. But I can not find information on how to replace a standard start page with a file from my add-on.

What a great idea! To me, the best way to get answers is to join the MDN which is clearly dedicated to developers as you. Here, even if some contributors are a developer, I think it's not the best place to find the help you need.
