Newest update doesn't work.
As soon as Firefox updates and I try to browse it will sometimes partially load a window but i can't click on anything and have to close using Task Mgr. Sometimes it will let me click the close button but nothing else. Sometimes it will put the page on top of the courser. I have to go back to a restore point before the update to be able to do even this. I did check and Explorer works but I can't stand all the junk that comes with it. Like Firefox if it will work. Windows 7 home.

Hello,
The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.

Thank you.
Still doesn't work! I have defaulted to explorer. It still opens sometimes. When it does open, sometimes it lets me click on something one time and then just stops. Sometimes it will open, say a YT video but never loads or starts it. Sometimes it Sometimes it doesn't completely open and the curser won't select anything. I have to end task in Task Mgr.. I did notice that in processes in Task Mgr. there are three firefox listed with one using 85-99% of the CPU.
