After using shift+windows key+arrow to move firefox to another monitor, the window cannot be adjusted using windows key+ arrow or shift+windows key + arrow.

After shift+windows key+arrow is used to move the window back to the original monitor, nothing happens unless the window is minimized by clicking the icon on the top right and then maximized by clicking the icon in the taskbar. Then the window shows up on the correct desktop.

I have tried a

  • refresh
  • opening in safe mode
  • uninstalling and moving profile data and re-installing

with no luck changing the behavior.
