Are you sure those aren't coming for sites that your registered and logged in when you get those notifications? That is the only real way to get notifications otherwise you got some kinda malware infections or some software acting like malware and sending those notifications.

You will have to keep cookies from website that show such a notification because they store that you have seen this message in a cookie. When you remove the cookies then you will once again see this notification, so it is either to keep specific cookies or accept that the website informs you that they use cookies (they need to notify you).

Let the cookies expire when Firefox is closed to make them session cookies instead of using "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the cookies.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: Keep until: "I close Firefox"

You can create an "Allow" exception to keep specific cookies.

I have already choose these:

"Clear history when Firefox closes"

& Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: Keep until: "I close Firefox"

Simply i DON'T want to inform me every time i go to a site with cookies.

It won't work with those settings. A website stores the state that they have shown that notification in a cookie, so only if you keep this cookie then you won't see that notification.
