To attach an image eg: *.jpg format to an email.
- click on 'Write'
- compose email
- click on 'Attach'
- locate the image and select it.
- click on 'Open'
Image is attached.
If you want to insert the image so it is embedded in the email, but it is better to attach images.
- click on 'Write'
- compose email
- 'Insert' > 'Image'
- click on 'Choose File'
- locate the image file and click on 'Open'
- select 'Attach this image to the message'
- If you do not want alternative text then select that option or insert alternative text.
You can use the 'Dimentions' tab to visibly reduce the size, although it does not reduce the actual size. The 'Appearance ' tab can be used to position the image and apply a border and/or spacing around. You can align the text here.
- click on OK when finished to insert into email content.
There are other image programs you can use to open and view images. eg: 'Windows Live Photo Gallery' or 'IrfanView'
both of these programs have the ability to attach file to send by email.

To have TB launch when you email an image from Finepix in W7, 8, 8.1, it may help to install the Visual C++ Redistributable library.
