Our internet provider, cableone, tells us they will no longer support Thunderbird. We years of documents stored in files (folders) on the Thunderbird system. How we get access to them?

"Will no longer support TB" most likely means they won't answer TB-specific questions. But as long as they support POP, IMAP and SMTP services, I see no reason why you can't continue to use TB with Cableone:
You may have to update your settings in TB if they currently use non-secure options.
