How can a change the order of email accounts in my left pane? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/thunderbird/addon/manually-sort-folders/ only works through 57.0. I am running 60.0b1

Unfortunately when you run beta version the add on may not work. Manually sort folders is the only way I know to rearrange folders so you need to go back a few versions. 52.7 is the last general release.
